  How do you create meaningful messaging to help retain talent and ease the transition for employees in a new company acquisition?
• Solution
  After brainstorming with our client, we came up with the idea of creating personalized (names included) welcome kits, which included apparel, drinkware and tech items for all employees. These kits were personally delivered by Valent BioSciences leadership.

• Challenge
  Creating an online store which offers a large selection of high-end branded merch, while catering to their public health audience.
• Solution
  Actualizing their vision, we coordinated and digitized eight anatomically correct mosquito species, and prepared those designs for decoration with embroidery and screen-printing.
